Personality: Smarty Pants is a very intelligent pup and she is very independent and responsible. She often acts as the leader of her family, but this can often lead her to being bossy. Smarty plans to one day lead a Pound Puppies organization of her own. She wants to make a difference in the world, and help her fellow canine friends find homes.

Smarty Pants hates her full name, so she prefers to be called Smarty or Smarts.
