Kind of like Howl, and also remind me of Final Fantasy, with a touch of Gorillaz, weird but nahh~~
anyway, it’s Jareth, the Goblin King from Labyrinth
his character design focuses on the imagination of a idealistic man from Sarath and a white Owl, which to me is very romantic and fascinating.
And please let us just not talk about his “pants”, alright?
