OK, I fail. Not only did I color this without getting permission first (sometimes people just plain leave DA, so I can't get hold of them), BUT I ALSO can't find the original art anywhere to even give the proper credit!!!!!
I've scrolled through my MASSIVE faves folders several times looking for the lineart -- no luck.
AND, in an impossibly bad fail, I just looked through all my saved lineart, AND THE ORIGINAL'S NOT THERE EITHER!!!!!!!!!
Didn't I just get this printed????????!?
All I can think, beside the possibility that I'm just not seeing something right in front of my face, is that I moved the lineart file from the folder to make finding it for printing easier..... and then, thinking I'd copied the original file, deleted it.
ALL THE FAIL.
Because isn't this great art?
I really, really REALLY wish I could give proper credit, at the very least!!!!!

I'm going to post this, in the tiny hope that someone recognizes the lineart and can point me in the artist's direction. See if the signature in the top left corner rings any bells.

I really did have fun coloring it.
Gosh dangit! I will be much more responsible in the future!!

Prismacolor markers on textured goldenrod cardstock. The copy toner ran a little, alas, so the lines have lost some crispness.

EDIT: I did find someone else's colored version, with a link to the original line-artist: , but he seems to have removed the lineart from his gallery.
