I did this on the Wii U that I recently bought.I used an app called Art Academy: Sketch Pad.
The app lets me choose from 3 mediums: graphite pencils, color pencils, and pastels.
I used only color pencils for this drawing.
What's neat that I can share this on Miiverse that's on the Wii U.
