I hadn't really drawn anything in what felt like a long time, so I though doing this meme after so many years would be a lot of fun. The more I kept working on the new piece, the more I felt the need to tweak things here and there. The skin and hair needed to be refreshed to make her look more alive, and the hair I have now is what I originally wanted for her but was unable to draw at the time. And since I no longer have a fear of clothing folds, I wanted to give her a hoodie to wear.Over the years I've gone more away from being very anime with my style and I really like a more semi-realistic approach.
I just recently got photoshop, and I haven't put in the time to learn line art with it, so I decided to keep my more sketchy line art instead.
