Most people who watch Hetalia just see France as a pervert and act as if that's all he is, but what I like the most of France is his that really happy side to him. Not him going around snatchen' yo children up. And for those you don't like France because he is supposedly a 'rapist', that's not really canon. Although his sextual nature makes it seem like he would rape someone; he wouldn't.
On tumblr in Hetalia Confessions, I saw one of France and he mentioned how he felt terrible for being acused of rape. And he said he'd never even do that to his worst enemy. I love that anon diary entry for France.
Well, that's my canon anyway. He's perverted, yes. But not evil in my eyes.
