Description Promo piece for the proposed relaunch of the 90's comic book series Stargodz. Unfortunately it didn't work out. Pencils by Scott Clark and inks by me. Inked with a brush and dip pens. All traditional. Enjoy.

Thanks. That's RA the sun god from Egyptian mythology. The other two are Thor and Athena.

awesome man I love the idea of mixing different mythologies together. If this comic was to have taken off what sort of challenges or foes would they face? after all they are the gods

They fought deities from other mythological pantheons. Sorta like "Challenge of the Superfriends" with mythological gods. Although not as campy as it sounds.

I remember the guy to the left being announced or in prototye stage in going into toy production. sadly for you guys that it didn't make it - but this piece is for sure a good one! nice 90ies goodness

Yeah. We tried to get it going again but there were some issues with getting restarted. At this point it's safe to say that Stargodz is dead and never to return. Which sucks. I'll have to post the 6 preview pages we did at some point. Thanks for the compliment.
