Based on Estonian joke, which Shen told me.
In general, according to Baltic stereotypes, Lithuanians are misers (which I know from my own experience xD) Latvians are sharp in speech and Estonians are laaaaaaazzyyyyy (Q: Why Estonia is the richest country? A: Because they can't catch up with spending money!).

And yes, I know that historically Lithuanians were murdering Poles at that time, and didn't help them at all, but Himaruya showed their...friendship....a little bit different...

In original joke it was also about helping Poles. Lithuanian government was wondering, if they should send one or both tanks xD.
