Holy moly, it's getting better and better with each wip you submit! 
Hmm maybe the only tip i'd give is that Desmond's skin looks a bit dark compared to Altair. Since Altair is supposed to be half arabic and such. I'm not sure though if it's supposed to be like that, just a thought.

The detail on this is amazing. Desmond in particular looks spectacular. I would suggest that it's the lack of Ezio's right eyebrow and some of the shading on his lips (that make them appear slightly pursed) that gives him the appearance of being surprised

Woah, hard to tell... The shadings looks great to me and also the colors. As for Ezio's expression I think we discuss it already. Desmond and Altair are both serious, Ezio seems a bit "out of place" being so serene... But it doesn't mean it's a bad expression or you didn't do it good... it's just in this context...
