for toktok or and place if interest.. why don't you try to contact them via email or facebook and ask them? they will give you the guidelines or advice..
As for where you can offer you have to do your research and decide to reach some of what you found interesting to work with and see where it goes
or you could even think outside of the box hahaa..and look for a magazine or newspaper that seems to lack something you can offer and offer it...may be...
anyway it will give you good networking skills..which is good.. recognizing is not that big of an issue and very very relative..for example..after moving to Canada ..in my head..Egypt is much better with it's artistic energy...I can't even imagine something like toktok here !

thanks alot ! i hope tok tok wont be the last of its kind...it is trully inspirational eventhough some argue that its not so conservative,but neverthe less its wonderful...i hope to see your stuff there soon

well that is the problem..
I am not praising it but it's important to see this as an inspiration ...
for example..if you see it's not conservative enough then this should be a motivation and inspiration to make another kind that suits your taste..and so on..that's how it goes..we can't just focus on ONE thing and praise it or vilify it ..art..painting ..music..poetry..decoration..and many things get better as this indirect challenge occurs it's usually "they're not crazy enough" or "they're so crazy" ...etc
