Unfortunately I don't have any right now. My apartment doesn't allow pets. So I visit people who do and I feed birds in the park.)

Yeah, it's a slightly different color pattern.

Most green-bellied budgies have yellow faces and black feathers with yellow edges all down their wings. An opaline green budgie has, besides the usual green belly, a head that almost all yellow, and yellow feathers with black edges.

The blue-bellied budgies have white faces and black feathers with white edges on their wings, but an opaline blue has a white head and white feathers with black edges.

It's easier to tell if you just look at their heads.

Why thank you! I have always loved birds, especially budgies. I always had them when I was younger and I read everything on budgies I could get my hands on. (I don't have any now but hope to be able to again someday. )
