When I think of Captain Janeway, the one word that is summoned to my mind is: Responsibility.
She was just such a reliable person who was always one hundred percent responsible and very VERY aware of her actions, your actions, and the situation and the consequences. With that she was always one hundred percent fair and open minded.
It was amazing to see how she could somehow be so purely professional and yet so kind and nostalgic or empathetic to all individuals and their circumstance.
She could probably take on Kirk or at least match him in such a way that the edge between the two would be ridiculously sharp. Anyhow, love the lighthearted comic strip here. It shows her strength that disciplines the crew (snapping at the Doc lol) but strength as well for protecting her crew (Pow!). Stellar job, man. Janeway would be proud.
