THe preview image looks like a highway sign to me... Anyways! My very own cuddly furry huggable squishy dragon, Kiwerti! First to figure out where the name comes wins a dragon doodle!

As the header says, Kerti's a Teal-Gry fur dragon. I classify my dragons by body & main accent colours and external characteristics (such as fur, spike, plate, etc). I really don't know what the main body colour is, so I'm sticking with teal for now. x__x Fur dragons hail from colder climates and are among the smallest of all dragons. Kerti is an adult and can barely gobble down a humanoid without tearing it to pieces... tsk, tsk.

Notes on the image explain appearance. The hieghts are pretty general... Kerti is formt he same time period as Wodan, so I used him as hieght example. The sketch labels Woden as 5'7 so I did some stuff with a handy-dandy tape measure and figured out Kerti's hieght at the wing... shoulder bit. GO METRIC!

Kiwerti is MALE, if anyone wonders. :0 Ice/Light bias, primary is also Ice. At this time period, he is one of the last dragons left in the world (they go extinct LIKE DINOSAURS! Kekeke... I had to say that... eheh). Though not exactly the last roaming the wild... He rather does enjoy cultured company over the violent urges of most other dragonkind. FOr whatever reasons, Kerti joins the Aluta (humanoid country) forces in their fight against the nameless home country (still working on that) and ends up being in a occupational force (or something) that takes over Wodan's hometown/village/city/thing, but since the great majority of the people there sympathize with the Alutagai, Kiwerti & co get to stay there over the winter while being fed munchy cookies & stuff. Winter = total gridlock, man. :0 And that's when the main stuff happens... dun dun dun!! Torren also gets to play a part in this, yay for him! (Torren lurks in my scraps... ke)

And some side stuff...
~My bro says he's light blue BUT HE LOOKS TO GREEN TO BE BLUE so I say teal. Yeah.
~Kerti should be blue anyways, 'cause the dragons' main colour always reflects their primary element. Ice = blue.
~The original sketch dates Aug 9th. Aisde from the sketch stuff, this took about 6 hours to make. x_o
~The circle designs mean nothing, but the purple used in them is the colour used to shade & highlight XD
~The mottled spots on the fur & wings were made with the same blue on the multiply mode at 20% opacity.
~My bro also says Kerti looks just like a D&D silver dragon, but aside form the plates on the head & horn colour, he doesn't! I know what makes a silver, and Kerti doesn't fit. It's a fur-fin frill, not a... frilly frill!
~I know some things are mucked up with the forelegs.
~Kerti is the short version of Kiwerti, though I suppose 'Kiti' would be acceptable XD
