I really don't want to sound like the bad guy here...... but there have been rumors about Kaichou wa Maid-sama anime season 2 for a few years now. So please don't hate me when I say that its not likely to happen.
The main problem is that its is not as popular in japan as it is anywhere else which means hat they're not likely to make a season 2 until it is worth making it.
I hate to do this kind of thing but its the truth. I've been waiting for a season 2 for about 2 years and every year people say 'its coming out this spring/autumn' and it hasn't so its a matter of waiting for the unexpected!

The manga is still in production but it has no schedule as to when the chapters are released. The anime has stopped.
