I think it was either in an article by #devBUG or #hq , something about Sta.sh Writer updates. I think since around February. I posted a poll (I use it as mini-announcement, mostly CSS related things) when it first came out.
And I am very much enjoying seeing your skins. I find them creative and stylish.
