My very first attempt at rigging one of my 3D characters, Shalira in "familiaris". It's going to be a very looooooooong expedition into the unknown. This was late at night, and I just posted what I had- soooooo much more work to be done, as in days and weeks and months, but I thought I would take a stab at it. There's a million steps to rigging, and too many keyboard keys to remember in Blender. Frustrating is an understatement!Comments appreciated.

Nice work! Rigging is hard. You could always cheat and use the rigify addon that ships with blender. There is a really awesome horse rig it comes with.
