Most people that have the focus of the picture at the bottom and then too much background are just people who do it SO wrong (like those just taking snapshots). But the way you do it, it looks so right! The scenery, the girl, everything just fits perfectly. And the background isn't too loud because it's blurred while the focus (the girl) is in perfect clarity! ^.^
