Cliffjumper seems to die early most of the time.
And Soundwave as the traitor: He could pull it of with subtlety, unlike Starscream

Actually, from what I seen from a YouTube video regarding Cliffjumper, he rarely dies at all apart from Transformers Prime and Bumblebee. But I agree that Soundwave would be much more cunning and subtle at betraying someone.
