It's a common view among bronies that the Apples family have a large distaste in having anything to do with any other fruits besides apples. So naturally when Big Mac's pregnant wife is wanting some orange juice, he stubbornly refused to get her anyway. But after a long argument, Fluttershy's moody-ness gets the better of her. She reaches for her husbands head, brings it down to her level, and gives him The Stare at point black range. Now is being given The Stare that close worse than getting stared at in general? I don't know, and I hope no one in the show gets to find out...but not wholeheartedly. The Stare is cool in of itself, and it would be interesting if the experience of Fluttershy staring someone could be worse than it already is.
