Wait, so this is to some kind of fan-story then? I don't really get it... 

I'm sorry if I trouble you, but I would appreciate an answer, if it's okay. 

You've done a beautiful work, and I didn't mean any disrespect with asking what this was inspired from,

it's just that I'm very curious by nature. I would love to read the story to this picture too, so I actually know what it is about.

I get the feeling England/arthur has done something stupid again though, 

but probably saved America's/Alfred's life by doing it. Maybe he has used too much magic again...

I have to agree with one of the other commenters, the negative space here is beautiful.

I really like the way both of the characters came too, as well as the coloring (the orange tint to the red and the green tint to the blue is just lovely).
