Description I drew this at a fine arts camp for a watercolor class. Hint: I SUCK at watercolor. This was one of my final pieces, even though I was just bored when i made it. Full Title: "Time Travel: the Fabric of Reality Being Torn Apart at the Seams." It's my one and only real attempt at anything abstract, so don't expect more of this stuff from me.

My scanner is evil. ALL scanners are evil. But...alas...this pitiful representation will have to do.

Materials Used: Watercolor, alcohol (for the white spots...I WASN'T DRINKING, you naughty person!!), watercolor pens, black Sharpie, and pastels. Drawn on watercolor paper. It took about an hour to do.

EDIT: Finally, lighting, etc. edited in Photoshop to combat the evilness of my scanner.

Amazing piece, I love the variety of colors and how they all meld together. Also, I like how my eye is drawn to the dark red spot in the corner, and how all the lines seem to originate from there. It does seem like a seam is being torn apart. I really love this piece.

Anywho, this really is beautiful. Truthfully I dont really know the menaing behind this but thats art for you~!
Either way I love it, espeically using the water colors make it look evem more amazing~! X3

Thank you . I'm not quite sure what it means either but the title roxx. I think what I thought of was hundreds of strands that hold reality together being split. That's why half the picture is just a bazillion different-colored lines going crazy all over the place.

Yes the title is amazing
yeah I see what your getting at with the strands. It's really deep, especially with all the coloring. It's like Time and Space trying to fix the world from total destruction (Or something like that haha XD )

Actually, it's more like the destruction of time and space, which is why I called it Time Travel bc I think that the very idea of traveling back in time would wreck the fabric of reality itself. So, you look at it and it's just a bunch of pretty colors, but it actually DOES mean something.

And yes I also think if you go back in time everything, well in little kid terms, be screwed

whoa. this is really cool-looking. I think the closest thing i've done is this one picture I made with pen-ink and hand sanitizer, but it isn't anywhere near this impressive.

Thank you very much. I started out just doodling over the watercolor with black Sharpie, outlining the textures in the paper. Then...well...imagination happened.
