Description Case closed. Enough said. Alas, why bring it up?

Well, it's been a hell of a week. Not only has my family and friends been stricken over what has happened in Israel, but we also have been dealing with an entourage of fake sympathy and apathy from the very people who dream of having Israel to themselves - and I'm not talking about Pro-Palestinians.

Let's start from the beginning.

To keep this short, it's obvious the support for Israel is through the roof as of recently, which is great but at what cost? Most people actually love the country for the culture, the landscapes, and the amazing hospitality of both Jews and Arabs and others in between. These same people want the country to stand strong and keep fighting against any terrorist groups in the area. Keep in mind these groups affect Muslim families just as much if not more than Jewish families. So to be "Pro-Israel" is basically supporting fighting against such violence against ALL people in the region, not just Jews.

If that doesn't line up to why you support Israel, then we need to have this conversation, because that means you are using religious/political obligation to send support to The Land. Deep down some of you may not like it because of (x) reasons, but according to your Bible you have to. I'm just going to say it: That's not love guys, that's lacking understanding and trust me that is way more damaging than supporting Hamas.

So where does "Jesus" tie into this? I'm getting there.

Most people who sent their "Prayers for Israel" slogan have their reasons. Most is due to the fore-mentioned above, but another chuck is what I call the "Revelations Reason". Christians like to lean unto the book of Revelations to validate supporting Israel, but that's a very fallacious reason. It's no different as how extremists use human shields, or just supporting Catholics because of Oscar Shindler. It doesn't compute. That's apophenia - the act of finding relation between two unrelated things.

If your support to Israel is based on riding the coat-tails of them winning any kinetic or "spiritual" war to validate your gospel, you're no different from a hijacker. A person who has Munchausen syndrome by proxy. I hate to sound harsh, but it's the truth. You're only supporting Israel to make yourself feel good and look good in G-d's eyes, which is a very prideful thing to do.

When G-d said, "I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you." He was talking to Abraham concerning his descendants (Ishmael and Isaac).

He wasn't talking to Jesus.

He wasn't talking to Christians.

He wasn't talking to The United States of America.

HE WAS TALKING TO ABRAHAM. Period. No subtext, no foot notes. Plain and simple.

Anyone who dares covet that blessing given, you might as well get angry at G-d; spare the Jews and Arabs from your bitterness and jealousy.

Now comes the part where our favourite Rabbi comes in, keep in mind I'll be using his actual name from this point forward to avoid confusion. The reason why people seem to give the cold shoulder to Jews is mainly due to what the Rebbe of Nazareth had to deal with from the Sanhedrin, or more like what they THINK he was dealing with.

I have studied Judaism for a decade as of 2023, and R. Yehoshua Bar Yosef having a petty rivalry with the Pharisees couldn't be further from the truth. You might as well believe you can breath underwater if you spend an hour in a pool if you would even consider that grown Jewish men in the first century would have the same personal fights a modern first world teenager would have with internet trolls. So allow me to explain what and who Pharisees are before I move on with the bible verses.

Pharisees are a sect of Judaism that are accompanied by Sadducees and Essenes. Without giving too much away for time sakes, Pharisees believed in an after-life, very charitable and philanthropy types, and above all were the ones most active in the community compared to the other two. So let's say you needed catering for a wedding, the Pharisees would be the ones to go to. Remember that wedding in Cana? Guess who catered that feast? Yep.

To be a Rebbe you need to have the community backing you up, and R. Yehoshua Bar Yosef obviously had that support. He was never casted out nor condemned due to the fact he kept his title until his death in 27 AD. He born and raised a Jew, worked and lived as a Jew and finally died and buried as a Jew. Period. The Jewish community then had nothing but respect for him despite their moderate quarrels. True, I have heard Jewish arguments but the only thing that would happen are voices being raised. They may SOUND pissed off, but they're not. Why are Jews commonly known for not throwing punches at each other?

Now let's look at why.

(I love Leviticus here)

It's written "to love Jews" (Lev. 19:18). What does that mean? Simple, that is fulfilling the Tenth (or both tenth and nineth) Commandment for any of my Catholic and Christian viewers - "Love thy neighbor; Do not covet thy neighbor."

R. Yehoshua reiterated this: "Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;" (Matt. 5:43-44)

That is basically his nutshell summary of the entirety of Leviticus 19 to a - mind you - Jew and Gentile audience. He was putting it into a way the Gentile would understand and the Jew would make sure it was spot-on.

However, people like to use this verse to justify turmoil among the Jews: John 1:11 - "He came unto his own, and his own received him not."

Guys... this is fucking embarrassing of me to point out, because it's going to show y'all need to learn to read and cut the "strict constructionist" attitude:

If you guys paid attention to the context of the entire chapter, Yochanan Bar Zebedee (St. John) wasn't talking about "Jesus" (Yehoshua Bar Yosef), he was referring to "Jesus'" cousin "John the Baptist" earlier in the chapter. Specifically the essence that dwelt WITHIN John. St. John doesn't bring up Jesus at all until much later in the chapter. So when you are saying that he "came unto his own, and his own received him not." you're talking about the wrong Jew here unless "Jesus" wore camel skins and became a hermit. Also, there are multiple factors that could explain that away:

1) Survivor's Guilt & Precautionary Habits. Keep in mind these events happened four generations after the Maccabean Revolt and the Hasmonean Kingdom, so the Jews were not keen on interacting much with those (Jew and Gentile) who even proposed the idea of healing relations with the very gentiles trying to kill them still due to those conflicts.

2) There were converts, no genuine disciples in the community. These guys were a huge issue back then taking a strict constructionist approach when it came to Jewish culture and law. This another huge reason why the Jews clammed up for the sake of preserving their culture.

3) Cautiously Optimistic Towards Messiahship [Among Gentiles]. This is still a hot-topic today that kind of ties into #1, however it has nothing to do with rejecting "Jesus". It has everything to do with hoping for what happened with Cyrus to happen with other gentiles - reaching their potential with the Creator. However, due to things like #2, it's like looking for the needle in the haystack on the worst days.

This was John the Baptist's mission to see if the gentile would be open to listening to the Jew to amend relations between both communities, however as history shows it's debatable wether or not that was a great idea.

In short, you can tell by now the pattern showing: The Jew wants to exercise empathy, but given how rough the world is it's hard to do that often times results in the Jews secretly blaming themselves for not exercising empathy enough in times of crisis. This then results to isolationism, their guilt-ridden silence is translated as apathy or being "snobbish" from outsiders, eventually that validates anti-semitic comments and beliefs. Fights break out, the Jew has no choice but to practice self-defense, and the cycle of "good guy, bad guy" begins again.

You see where I am getting at here? Each party is guilty of something, but that doesn't mean you are obligated to take it out on each other.

This ...

This ties into what I am about to say and please brace yourselves because it may be harsh to take in, but it needs to be said. This will probably be the last entry of me bringing up Messiah before closing this.

Remember how it's written "And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood:"... that is not validation that your sins are atoned. That a Hebraic euphemism for Moshiyah taking the blame for everything; the survivor's guilt I mentioned earlier. It's not something to be proud of, it's not vengeance, it's not righteousness, nor proof you were in the right and everyone else be damned. NO!

That is simply the exposure of the ongoing cycle of pride that is being witnessed over and over again. This also ties into when some theories Jews have expressed over what happens to corrupt souls in the end - there is no hell or brimstone or devil waiting for them, just you looking into eyes of the Exiled One and having to answer to all those souls He saw die. That's it.

There is no Jesus coming down on a white horse and everyone celebrating... Just the fog of war complete with casualties and tormented souls.

That's why I guarantee you guys, the Israeli's will NOT celebrate this victory. They never have and never will. There will be no jeering, just silence. Mourning even for both sides of the war and what Moshiyah had to see.

So if you support Israel, keep in mind the position they are in. The people nor the land are NOT A MORAL TROPHY TO BE WON! They are in the midst of a warfront no one outside can comprehend. And if you cannot divorce your pride for two seconds to understand that basic fact, excuse the French - Get the fuck out of here. Save the 'I'll pray for you' talks and go to your prayer closets if you insist on being idle and watching everyone burn.

If you love/admire the Rebbe of Nazareth, hold your tongue when criticizing his culture and People. You may think you know the Rebbe but you don't know what it's like to be Jewish! And if you do believe in Messiah, why aren't you Jewish?

Hold the "Come to Jesus" talks.

Hold the "They deserve it" comments.

Hold the "Messiah is coming back." chants.

Cut the "Both sides deserve to burn because they hate Him" BS.

Israel needs you to be active with them, not talk at them.

So on behalf of Israel, my family and beloved husband I share this message:

"Please, tend to your country first, we [Israel] can handle the warfronts. Protect your Southern Border, hold those who sent the money abroad accountable, and STAY VIGILANT."
