i started drawing this soon after me and Keith moved into our new apartment and got our new little puppy. We named him Hendrix. We noticed a few weeks after settling into our new apartment that there was a dead lady bug stuck to the side of the light fixture in our bedroom. We took it as a sign of good luck and starting over, hence the inspiration for this picture.
You can also notice that in the bottom right hand corner there is a little nibble that Hendrix made on the paper, you'd think i would be mad at him but it's almost as if he marked the picture as if to say, this is MINE!!.. and it is
