I found this in a pile of old art that I'd almost forgotten about. The character had already been done, so I thought, why not just finish it? xD And... I added the ribbon things for lack of a reasonable background (and I think that was the original reason I even stopped working on this)....

So, uh... I don't know if she should be a permanent character or not/name suggestions please? Lol. xD
