I did this weeks ago but forgot to post to deviantart. I had even posted on tumblr for hecks sakes. but here, it is a doodle of a post apocalyptic AU

-The wandering cure-
Wooo, so an AU where Konrad is a human!
What is this AU about? well I had the idea after watching a gameplay of a survival indie game and later went to sleep.
So it is about a Laboratories company developing many world changing medical advancements until they create the definitive cure for cancer, however it turns into a mutation that initially causes symtpoms of a cold before ruining the infected by deforming their bodies with tumors and make them leak and make nails grow in place of body hair and nails to grow bigger, making the person a brain dead crawling body that just wants to hold to anything which can infect people.
While trying to find a cure, the scientists learned a handful of people might and infact are immune to it and starts using their blood to develop a cure.
Konrad, one of the scientists learns he is immune when his wife gets infected and her brain dead deformed body scratches him on the face. With his wife lost, in grief he couldn’t stand to return to his home, he however moved to the laboratories to be a blood donator too.
But their efforts arrives too late, people angry with the laboratories also seizes and destroys most of them along with the workers, others succumbed to the illness.
Konrad was one of the few scientists that survived, and with nothing more left for him to stay, he decided to do the only thing he thought he was useful for; spread the cure he knows how to make. He fetched the required equipment to make the cure in a suitcase, got all he needed to survive, and started wandering in search of settlements, groups of people, people alone and such to provide with the serum to make them immune too.
So he wanders, facing people that might want to kidnap him for money, possible robbers and such, cold nights and long periods of loneliness, all for the sake of curing.
