I'm starting to hate my job since I do not have time for anything even to do what I like is to draw ...Well here a picture of what would happen if a ghost dies, I think it's going to heaven or reincarnated in another thing I donot like more the second idea (as the series bleach shinigami when no idea die for where they go) here inspire me in this picture :
I knew that there pokemon die and go to heaven / space, he gave me sad, poor latias
I hope this week start making my 2 page comic that also I have left.

My theory on what happens when a ghost dies:
Ghosts and spirits are two separate things. Spirits are the very essence of who you are; your consciousness, if I may say. Ghosts are spirits coated and infused with ectoplasm. Ectoplasm naturally tend to gravitate towards spirits who died suddenly or don't feel at peace. Danny's a special case because ectoplasm was forced into him suddenly when he was electrocuted. The ectoplasm prevents the spirit from moving on (my theory is that the ectoplasm is the only keeping Danny alive at this point).
To kill a ghost, you need to rid a ghost of all it's ectoplasm, however you manage to do that. The spirit doesn't get more ectoplasm after it's been "killed," so it's free to move on without fear of being found and/or hunted down.
Anyway, that's just my theory. Heart wrenching picture either way

I really like everything you wrote and some things I had no idea, wuoh me this interesting study the issue of ghost if only invension the Phandom.
I think Danny died when he was electrocuted but ectoplasm prevented his spirit rest in peace, so I gather that must have had a terrible battle that must have led him lose a lot of ectoplasm / blood and thus died and became spirit .. .
