Talk is cheap, but pointless too.
This you will discover.
Verbal matrices are indeed
Why many people suffer.
Linguistic crimes, raucous chimes,
Words and whines and ditties.
Some are angry, some are funny,
Many desire pity.

I don't see why I should
Waste my time and breath.
If you think that you could,
Then please, cry for death.
I don't beg, I don't envy,
And I don't commiserate.
I don't talk, nor piss and moan,
And stress proliferate.

Oral chatter, low or high,
Doesn't garner my attention.
Such a waste, such a squander
Of life isn't worth a mention.
Some sit and cry, or text away
Their sad, pathetic lives.
Facey-space, twitter-shitter,
Or blog your feeble strife.

I prefer, after much
Cold consideration,
That if this is such
A mindless, soulless nation,
I would rather be alone
Living life's extent…

On actions, and deeds, and instinct's edge;
An animal government.
