Requested byI HATE his beard! It took me forever *and* came out wrong. Besides the beard and little bit of hair though, I like how it came out.
size - 8 1/2" X 11"
Medium - Graphite except for the background and eyes. Also I went over some of the face in charcoal to make it darker.

Wonderful lighting. I can see what you mean about the beard, but standing back a little the texture vanishes into the right value.
