Just like sneakykid21 mentioned, this Mega Altaria should be Fairy/Dragon. Like really, the pinkish cloud slightly reminding of a heart shape and the overall appearance suggest just that to me. If Altaria ever got a Mega Evolution looking anything like this I'd totally train one.
