This one: drawing/painting with hands -> taking photos (exact position) ->moving one of the pic's position lightly ->using PhotoScape to make ".gif" file
But I think if you do digital + painting tablet, it'll be much easier than mine. Like this one:
*Drawing/painting with mouse in Photoshop and animation in PhotoScape (the best size for posting in most of the websites is around or under 150 x 150 pixel. It's easy to do! Try it!

Yes. The Halovyn's "So Glad!" was done by mouse. But I recommend you to use pen and tablet. Drawing with mouse is the worst. I don't have tablet and seldom do digital arts, so...I have only a choice.
