Week 21 of my 52 week project.

I'm a week behind. I've been very sick. Insomnia and then the doctor tried me on a new medication which really, really did not agree with me and made me very sick. It has been horrible. But at any rate, it has put me a week behind so I'm going to shoot another one today or tomorrow.

It has been really, really horrible.

I really like this photo, however. It might be the most truthful look into my head I've made yet. Sometimes I'm not sure if the thoughts are coming from me or coming from the air to swallow me and chatter constantly. I am a chronic storyteller.

Mine was just one day, day 114, on which I happened to be one gigantic walking bruise thanks to the wonders of Chinese medicine which I'm going through to try and get some non-drug related relief for my insomnia. I have a giant print of the last one, which is framed and hung beautifully above my piano.

I just love her work and her. She's an utterly amazing artist.
