Description
Master AlchemistShe has long surpassed the ability to turn lead into gold and discovered & developed new methods of working gold into armour and weaponry.
Her next quest is to discover the fountain of youth and so she travels through space & time searching for clues.
Unfortunately she becomes stranded on a remote planet with only remnants of her equipment intact. She now has to use all her wits and the local resources to survive.

Was she injured in the crash, shot by mutineers, or did some beast/native take a chunk out of her leg? I'm curious.

Probably happened during the crash as her armor broke apart. It is a Bio-Mechanical Exoskeleton that is completely fused with her own body in certain places. Her alchemist knowledge & skills allow her to alter other compounds to suit her needs. The secret to her being achieving master Alchemist level lies within her alien body, which is why she developed her special suit of armor. It serves not only to protect her, but also as her portable lab and processing unit.
Oh and she is far too skilled a gunslinger to let some random beastie take a chunk out of her leg
P.s. this was done for a community challenge and we had some basic guidelines re. the character.

Awesome. Nice backstory, even if gold seems a tad...impractical.... I'm gonna put that down to her being alien. Is she an alien on the planet she learned alchemy on?
Although seriously I'm sure a lot of people who were quick on the draw have been turned into mincemeat by an animal they just didn't see til too late, LOL.

Gold as we know it is totally impractical for her armor. But that is the gold you & I know about. To a master alchemist even the purest form of that gold is still rough ore.
'Pure Gold' in alchemist terms is a near sentient compound that is dervied from combining transmuted True Gold with the very essence of thier own enlightend souls.
While it may appear similar (in its unactivated form) to the gold we know, it's atomic structure, characteristics and capabilities far exceed anything we know.
As far as the Master Alchemists go, I was thinking terms of something like the Green Lanterns... where they are a unified sect regardless of sex, race or planetary system.
Whilst the brief for this lil piece was very simple, I always try and think in terms of story (potential). Even if it is only in my head, I feel it really helps when creating the character.
