She has two of them. so she basicly has four arms in total. fully dexterious to grab things with too!

"Wing Arms" she has claws on the ends of her wingarms and long fingers she can fold up to tuck them away on her arm. There are no natural wing membranes between them and their just long finger extentions on a hand. Here you can see them

Does she walk on just two legs for now on or can she walk on all four?

She can do both. She stands on two legs in a more formal setting. but often when shes REALLY tired she gets on all fours. Ratchet taught her to walk up straight
