For sure. I dare say I've spent hundreds of hours with that combo of his and still not found the refined, wonderful shapes that he did. Totally amazing what he found.

I don't get to FF much, but I think he's been pretty quiet. I think I only spoke with him once to get a few tips on his hybrid. It's not so much trying to duplicate someones work as it is trying to find similar beauty in the same style. And it certainly improves ones skills if nothing else. I've looked hard for Jeremie's burning ship and your fractal troll as well

Nope! I was sort of able to find different elements (shapes) of it, but could never seem to combine them into the total package. I haven't tried in a while, so it's about time to go there again
