This is using that neat crackle effect called 'shibori' (#14) in the Quick Crackle Cracker Script by * zweeZwyy . It's a really cool fuzzy look. For those who play with ~neonrauschen 's plastic flame in his flame pack, make sure you don't forget to tweak the size (as well as the rotation and position) of the yellow triangle! It greatly increases the different looks you can get with the flame.
