i love it but the naruto-kun seem a little weird for sakura i think if she just calls him naruto would seem more realistic with the manga and anime

I concur. Adding "kun" is not the same as adding "chan". Chan is affectionate and in romantic relationships in Japan girls do sometimes call boyfriends a shortened version of the boys name + chan. (but that's a bit too "cutesy" for Sakura to do- unless she was overtly flirting with him- as a sexual come on) Kun is a distancing honorific- when a girl says it to a boy it means she feels she's below him in social status, worthy only to worship him.
It's in character for Sakura to not use honorifics with Naruto, it began as a way to show her irritation at Naruto's overly familar use of chan (a no-no unless she was actually his girlfriend), but as she grew closer to Naruto- even in part 1, it began to be something she did unconsciously, showing that already she actually had a closer bond with Naruto than with Sasuke, even in part 1.
