I decided to paint the brain babies sketch that i submitted around a week ago. I consider this to be my first ever completed piece with my tablet. Ive done probably 10 others but i never end up finishing them because i either get bored with them or i decide i want to start a new idea. So im still learning to use color. I hope yall like this :-D Comments and favorites much appreciated! If this gets enough favs and coments ill go back and color the back round :-DRelated content

I like the idea. I've done a thousand sketches for an idea like this.
But with mine, it was a fetus connected to a brain via an umbillical cable leading into its head (or stomach)!

What is this? This is like the essence of ideas! The expression 'brainchild'. 'Mental property'...It's an idea about ideas...It may have come up when you were dry out of ideas, and you said: "Hey! That's a cool idea!" Because like most people on here, you are probably dedicated to your dear children...

You know, now that I look at your coloration of that sketch, I would have to say that a Gigeresque background would mesh well with a more detailed photomanipulated coloration.
Oh, and I love the choice of colors, by the way.

Very effective.I dont think it needs a background.The negative space goes well with the whole evolution bassed theme(or as it appears). Very original,and creative, It's whats the world is missing.
