I always did love Demon's Crest. Have you considered doing one of Arma's final form? If you ask me, that's when he looks his best.

Uh, didn't Arma's 3 forms were just Earth, Wind and Time - which looked like his standard form just with other color schemes?
I only can recall Phalanx and the Dark Demon to have different looking forms.

He gains a somewhat more menacing look. It's hard to tell it with SNES graphics, but careful examination will make it more evident. He's slightly (just a few pixels) larger, and has grown spikes on his knees, elbows, and shoulders. I mean, you'd probably need to take a lot of artistic license with it to add in details one can't distinguish easily through the SNES, but I imagine it would look epic.

Oh wow, you are right. I just looked at the sprites, he's a bit bulkier and has some additional spikes in his 3rd Form. Never noticed that until just now. I'll definitely try to draw that form too. I love making drawings of old SNES Stuff - as a kid playing SNES you always had some room for your own imagination, to imagine how that creature/character-pixels you are looking at would look like in more detail.

Yep! I used to do that a lot as a kid. I'd try to visualize how something might look, and concluded Arma's final form = badass. xD Truthfully, I can't say I liked Phalanx's form all that much. But Arma? Arma was win.

Haha, seriously though. I must have stared, jaw a-gaping at this for at least five minutes before being able to do anything else. Arma needs more fanart, though. A lot of stuff with him in it is awesome; and this, I must say, is one of them. <3
