Description
A friend of mine had been feeling down lately, so this is something to cheer her up, especially since the festive season is coming.She is a big fan of Utsuho Reiuji, the hell raven with nuclear powers. (Yes, you heard me!) Although I am not a big fan of the character, I still tried my hand at drawing her. Admittedly, I messed up with some areas here and there, but I hope this cheers up.

I was really surprised when I saw that you drew her. A pleasant surprise though~
She's not the easiest character to draw. In fact, I still have some trouble with drawing her until now. There are some details missing here and there, but overall I think that it looks just fine~ Especially considering this being your first time drawing the character, no?
So umm well, if I may say some things... About the concrete foot, I know that it's difficult to draw that so some people make it into some kind of frilly boot. But I think leaving it smooth looks kind of...awkward? But that's just me haha Also, maybe a longer control rod would make it more badass? XD;
But yeah, it's still nice and I like it!(Nope, nothing to do with bias towards favourite character. Not at all >w>; ) I hope that this picture cheers up whoever you were drawing it for as well.

I agree, it took a lot of references and time taken to get it drawn perfectly, but this is an encouragement for a first time.
About the concrete foot, I have never been good with drawing and shading rocks, so I decided to leave it a smooth concrete dome for a foot. *sniped* As for the concrete rod, the references I had were not that long, and I am also thinking practically. *blasted by a shotgun*
