Thanks much on the elaborative response. I certainly enjoyed reading through.
As for the shot, you explained it intensively and I only need to comment on the head part as I m trying to follow a new line in where to capture the body expressions of the creatures without relying much on the facial aspect, Its about a whole form of feeling to be transformed. Believe it or not, I found a better response on this matter and that just keeps me on the go. so stick around and for sure you'll be pleasant with the results

For the shot, I actually captured the whole scene including the falcon and the gentleman but I cropped that down in order to convey my theme which falls in the grip and the falcon periphery. I m trying to establish a new way in capturing items and subjects that has to do wtih body language expression needless to relay on any facial markings.
I m using a Nikon D70 and I attached a nikkor 70-300mm telephoto lens to capture the scene.
I manipulated the picture evidently in photoshop CS to tweak the colors and contrast to bring out the golden touch
I added the barcode as a right protected material and I tried my best to make that as minor.
