This is my fanart pic of Princess Kara from Illusion of Gaia (NES). My first digi background (woot) proved to be a little easier than I had previously thought it would be, and she was also fairly easy. Except for her hair. I dunno how many times I erased what I had and started over.... I just couldn't get the highlights mixed right. So, voila... but I think I got a little highlight happy (though I think it looks really kewl)... she is supposed to have black hair, not bluey-white hair with black lowlights .

Tools and Time:
  • Lineart: 0.5 mm HB lead on 20lb paper - 45 minutes

  • Photoshop 6: girl - 6-8 hours background - 1 hour

    Wonderful! It's okay, Kara's hair always ned up brown in my pictures, no matter how dark I try to make it. *shrugs* You're closer! XD I'm really loving that dress there, and her bangs are so cute.
