A lower angle *bringing camera down vertically) would allow the bike to free itself of the chaos created with the superimposition over the boat. Also bringing the bike to the right slightly in the frame to the edge would balance the picture out better. Otherwise I like it. It has a good feel to it and I like the angle of the bike going inward into the picture.
