Description
This is an educational task, carried out on the principle "If you need a helping hand, the best place to look is at the end of your sleeve".
I had problems with the programs, because of this, I created frames in GraphicsGale, animated pieces of video in TV Paint, and added music and collected everything in the Widows built-in video editor, haha.
But I could not publish video on DeviantArt, so you can watch it on my Twitter page

There will be only GIF animation.
The story tells about an unlucky student (in the older sense of the word) who cannot find the place of interest to him in any way, and about funny non-coincidences that fate sometimes throws up. A couple of local characters and the scene itself grow directly from last year's drawing about the same guy who goes to work at the Magic Scroll Rental Service (work named "How do i get to the Library"). That's right, ideas don't just disappear anywhere, right.

Now our hero has finally found a magic book shop:
