Haha... yeah... All of them taken together.
You might notice that one poor little empty basket in the background and are probably wondering, "What happened to the dim sum?!"Well... I ate it.
Truth is, I couldn't figure out what else to make so I just left it blank. I thought about making the stuffed eggplants or stuffed tofu (since I have nothing tofu in this whole thing, but I haven't decided yet. Also, I'm missing a fifth plate for the gai lan with oyster sauce. I'll decide by the end of today whether or not I want to include them... but for now, ENJOY!

the baskets can't stack, unfortunately. that's because i have an extra layer of clay on the bottom of the steamers to keep them from being too fragile.

ooh, a menu xD pinyin i mean by like a phonetic spelling of chinese. so instead of writing the symbols out, you use "siu mai" and stuff like that. xD
