Posture, proportion, and perspective are all really good. (Alliteration... is unintentional 
Although Gottierre's right front paw (viewer's left) is perhaps a little too low. Both wolves could do with some more shading to give them more impact, if you want... a more 3 dimensional feel, but the highlighting is nicely done.
The background and the sky looks really nice~ ^__^ You could perhaps nudge the moon a little more to the left, to centre it, since the sisters are basically symmetrical, it'll give the image more balance. It seems a little odd that the clouds are brighter than the moon, but if you're happy with it then I'm willing to accept it as part of your style.
The grass has lovely detail where the moonlight hits it, but you seem to have lost it all where the wolves cast shadows over it. It wouldn't hurt to give it some more depth with darker shadows within the shadow. You could also give their shadows more shape, but I know that can be difficult.
...Sorry if that went into too much detail, but if I'm going to critique I will be honest with you.

Yeah, I hate the shadow >_> since I can't do it with my own mouse, so I just do it with brushes so, this is the result

Hmm, let's see... Gott doesn't look bigger, but she looks like she has thicker fur around her neck! Or when animals puff up to look more hostile! But I guess it does make the right front paw look a bit more out of place.
Most people seem to be better at drawing creatures from one side or the other - depending on which hand they draw with. But practise helps! ^^
And I know what you mean! I'm also waiting on a tablet... but in the meantime I can't do anything on my computer and it's really frustrating. T^T But you did a really good job! and your background is fine~ ^__^ Do you know how to play with the opacity and modes (eg. screen, multiply) of the layers in Photoshop? You can also adjust things like hue and saturation in one of the menus (I think 'Layer'), which can help.

Yes, I often make signature pictures, so I getting more fine with the opacity and modes. But maybe I should practice more
