I love Padme's outfits also!
EpII has lots of European influenced clothing when it comes to Padme, with other ethnic details and I guess you can work Art Nouveau over them beautifully!

You have done a wonderful job of blending the 3D look of Padme and the dress with the 2D design elements of the framework, very much like Mucha would have done. Also the shading tones on the dress are beautiful. Very nice work.
