Description Hand made hair ornament. This silk hair flower was made using tsumami kanzashi techniques.

I don't know how I missed uploading this piece-- it's been finished for months now. I suspect I'll be playing catch up like this for the next month while I try and get ready to move!

This actually reminds me more of a large gem with multiple facets! The center really brings that out!

The piece and all the details (like the center ) make this a very lovely piece!

So some reason, I can just imagine this piece in the winter - a winter flower that reminds you that spring will come and its vibrant color and center will help you remember that live will anew once the cold season is over.

yep, the right center for a flower makes a big difference. I'm glad you guys are making note of them~~

I can imagine it in the winter, too~ I think that's when I designed it, actually, but...I am slow at updating, recently.

I'm glad! I bought some of those centers and filigree a while ago, but never got around to using them until early this year.
