hmm...change the backround,take good colors for skin,choose darker shade,try to shade every part,shade blood as well...
honestly,looks like you've done it really quick...maybe 20 mins (or even less than that!)...

Imma try to add a filter to it that will make it look better. But not sure if it will since I'm not experienced enough to use those.

Filters I never use...Except for final touch (like lens
flare and glow)....I prefer pure colors.
DA should have a tut or two if you search
