HOLY MOTHER OF ALL THAT IS GOOD, THE FINAL TEAM IS COMPLETE.

Not fully coloured, but we'll get there.
Now for some introductions. Well, kind of:

The Professor (confirming name): Age 63. At the end of his career as a research biologist he hires Bea as a research assistant on an expedition.
Beatrice (Bea): Age 17. Studies Botany in her free time, hoping to learn on the job. Due to her allergies to certain plant life she applies for the position thinking that it will be lab based (it's really not).
Abigail Meldin: Age 27: A woman at the end of a string of long an unfortunate circumstances that force her to become an urban legend. Finds Tyto's egg at the age of 8, basically spends the rest of her life protecting her scientifically impossible companion.
Tyto (Owl): Age 21 (age does not matter, essentially immortal). Hatched from an egg cared for my Abigail, born faceless and genderless, senses with excellent hearing. Does not need to feed to survive (obviously).
Big Baby (Dog): Age 5. French Mastiff. Loses leg in a trap set for Abigail. As an apology she builds him a new one and includes the saddle for Squidge. Every now and then Baby and Squidge visit Abi and Tyto, who now feel protective of the homeless pair.
Little Squidge (Boy): Age 6. Sleeps rough after being locked out of home (long story). Calls himself 'Little Squidge' after misinterpreting what "You little shit" actually means. Best friends with Baby after they are both abandoned. Visits Abigail occasionally, mainly to see if she's made any new toys.

Next up is enemy designs. They've begun, so will possibly be on their way this evening, if not then my the end of the week.
