For a forthcoming edition of Sonic the Comic online.To be coloured at some point. Should also be available as a print at Summer of Sonic 2011.

This is really awesome I love how u did the detail on the landscape such as knuckles punching the ground, I was wondering...do u have any tips for me coz I admire ur work and would like to be a comic artist one day ^^

I can say Sonic will not reunite with his friends "soon". Oh, he may meet some of them, but I won't say if it's positive or not

I can't express how thankful I am for this, M.Dobbyn. This is an incredible gift for StC-O, we are really thankful for this.
Seeing the StC Freedom Fighters drawn by one of StC's original artists is kinda magic too. The picture is brilliant, the characters are so "alive".

I was talking about the influence that STC has had which is emerging now in talents such as yourself working for the DFC and Abigail Ryder working with Rich for 2000AD and how inspiring it is to see the effect we've had.

My first thoughts were "That looks exactly like the art I remember seeing in the StC- ...Holy heck he has a deviantART account!" I really loved your work on the comic so much, I read them when I was a kid, and I'll look forward to seeing this in colour on StC-O. :3

this really captures the stc spirit in a way thats perfect for the 20th anniversary
as you've uploaded some of the character piece separately did you draw them separately and compile the images, or have you just drawn them together but just placed pics online as you inked a certain character for example?

I was just posting them up as I did the individual characters. There were overall pencils for the drawing, but they were very rough - I did most of this working straight to ink in Illustrator.

I'll be honest...i only read a few of the STC online issues, yet i read all of the original ones (up till they started doing just reprints anyway). I always tend to miss this style of artwork, so props to you for giving a hand with the Fan continuation comic~

But Ive always liked how dark STC was at points, I mean some of it was quite vlient for a kids comic espicly the non sonic stuff like the Streets of rage storys.

Wow, nice job. I like the little touches like the graffiti of Johnny Lightfoot. I can distinguish which badniks they are fighting too even though they are mostly out of frame, thanks to the excellent detailing.

The next issue of STC-O fell back a little due to little things, but I'm assured it's almost ready (you won't be disappointed!).

I did a few, but most of them went to other people, mainly Richard Elson. The editor didn't really consider me a cover artist. I did maybe three covers and coloured a couple of Rich's.
